About Me

I am Makinley Griffin- a new graduate from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) with a B.A in Communication Studies.

I have developed a strong background in customer service, leadership, and community engagement through various academic, work, and volunteer experiences.

Throughout my journey, I’ve gained hands-on experience working with individuals with special needs, in hospitality, and as a swim instructor. These roles have allowed me to develop essential interpersonal and communication skills that I use to build positive relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Additionally, my leadership experiences in sorority life have given me the opportunity to lead teams, resolve issues, and promote accountability. I’m passionate about inclusion, personal development, and well-being, and I strive to make a meaningful impact wherever I go.
